Works as expected, and for the price a real bargain. Quality of the plastic is pretty low (and mine was very dirty), but can't complain for the price. I would never, ever use it with the supplied power supply (or any other): having a TENS device connected to your body with electrodes and powered by 220V is a really bad idea.
